TQE #1
QUANTUM GOODS AND SERVICES
Developing the potential of quantum business use-cases and new technological opportunities.
For decades, humanity perfected the art of being right. We followed without contradiction, an idea of the absolute, a binary way of thinking, 0s and 1s, which suggest a certain solution and is thus designed for finiteness. As in quantum physics, however, the economy is about probabilities, possibilities, and progress in light of an infinite view. Infinity means not winning or losing but playing along for as long as possible. The past fifty years have demonstrated that “crises,” countless calls to action, and eco-hysteria, do not lead to sufficient change. Underlying flaws in the operation system of society – that is the economy – have been revealed.
The Quantum Economy (TQE) initiative is a call to activation and a strive towards positive progress and better problems. The quantum economy is in line with capitalism, technology, and yes, hard work. It doesn’t call for less technology but more. Not less economy but more. Not less growth but more—and always based on our humanity. The narrative of the Quantum Economy moves beyond the abstract “good,” transcending vague certitudes and terminologies regarding sustainability and the environment, social issues, governance, and green investments. By shaping the quantum economy, humanity will be able to tackle the ecological and societal challenges of our time.
